Laura is an independent consultant specializing in the intersection of technology, user experience, and research to improve access to justice nationwide. Formerly the founding Executive Director of Idealware, she's helped organizations including Ohio Legal Help, the Florida Justice Technology Center, the Legal Services Corporation and Illinois Legal Aid Online understand user needs and design technology solutions. In addition, she has worked with a collation of organizations, including the Pew Charitable Trust, Harvard A2J Lab, and RAND Corporation, to define a model to measure and compare the effectiveness of different online access to justice solutions.
