Kristen Lentz started her public interest career as an attorney in legal services. After more than a decade in legal services, Kristen was appointed as an Ad Hoc Member of the Florida Access to Justice Commission’s Subcommittee on Delivery of Legal Services. Kristen worked with the Subcommittee to review the concept of Business Process Analysis/Improvement and recommend business process improvement initiatives to assist the legal services community with streamlining the delivery of legal services and identifying the most effective use of its limited resources. Kristen also worked closely with the Florida Bar Foundation and Seyfarth Shaw to coordinate a statewide Train the Trainer program on business process improvement. Kristen is currently a Managing Attorney for Disability Rights Florida, the federally-mandated protection and advocacy organization for individuals with disabilities in Florida.
