Sandy Peterson has worked at the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program since 2009, and is currently Manager of the Client Services team. Sandy oversees her team with the processes of intake and tracking of client cases. She also works to ensure that potential and current clients know the Court’s procedures and how the Organization can help. In addition, she assists with the technology projects and day to day IT needs of the company. She has worked to successfully create and implement new processes for the Organization’s database, as well as collaborate to develop online tools to help veterans with the VA Claims process.
