Marilyn Harp is the Executive Director of Kansas Legal Services, a statewide program providing equal access to justice for the most vulnerable Kansans. For the past 15 years in her current role, she has supported a staff of about 100 people, who are doing great things for their clients. She led the development of a successful online application process, which makes first contact with 57% of all applicants. The program’s website is used by 350,000 unique viewers annually. She has developed an extensive array of legal forms that provide help self represented users. She has been with the program for over 40 years, starting as a law student intern.
