Telephone technology is critical to legal services organizations, but programs often have outdated systems that need to be upgraded or replaced. Deciding to upgrade or replace an organization’s legacy telephone system can be challenging - how do you begin and what steps will you need to take to ensure a successful transition? In this session, panelists will discuss recent or current projects, including how to determine what solution and features will best meet the needs of an organization, challenges to overcome, and lessons learned about implementing a new telephone system.
