This presentation will discuss two pro bono portal projects that are trying to change the way pro bono is viewed and how they have changed the way that pro bono is administered. It will showcase and explain the inclusive thought process used to create the new PBOW (Pro Bono Opportunities Website) in Idaho. The session will also demonstrate Virginia’s new JusticeServer 2.0 platform (built in Salesforce) and a pro bono portal that will enable attorneys to view and manage their cases from any legal aid program in one place. Panelists will discuss how the use of technology has impacted pro bono culture in their state and how their organizations’ approach to pro bono has changed.
