Using Data to Manage Expectations

This session will explore ways that data in your case management system can be used to set goals and forecast accomplishments in the future based upon past metrics. This session will share examples of how data metrics, such as cases by problem area, hours per case, case closures, average cost per case, etc. can be used to help management set caseload expectations, measure outcomes, and complete grant objectives and effectively serve clients, etc. We will also explore tools that can be used to visualize data effectively.
