LSC's Innovations in Technology Conference

Technology plays a significant role in maintaining and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of client services and internal operations. Outdated and non-enterprise grade technology infrastructure can be expensive to maintain, less reliable, and have a negative impact on data security, worker productivity, and client access. Due to limited staffing and resources, it can be very difficult to evaluate the technology needs of your organization and once they are evaluated, implementation can be overwhelming. This panel will address the value of an organization assessing their own technology and infrastructure, commonly referred to as a “technology assessment”, and the different ways they can be conducted to meet the specific needs of your organization. Panelists will discuss multiple assessment methodologies and strategies including the current Pro Bono Technology Assessment project that is underway in New York.
