LSC's Innovations in Technology Conference

The LSC Technology Baselines provide basic guidelines regarding how organizations should develop and assess their technology budgets. Creating and maintaining a structured technology plan and budget allows legal services providers to efficiently support client services and internal operations. This workshop will explore a number of considerations that management teams and technologists should explore when developing their technology plan and budgets. This interactive session will take technology planning and budgeting beyond the basics and discuss how programs can incorporate a number of different approaches to help realize their technology plans. Panelists will encourage attendees to view their technology budget as a tool to validate and support their greater technology strategies and goals.
