From improved efficiency to being able to create and support new models of service delivery, legal aid programs realize great benefits in using online forms. Many legal non-profits aren’t taking full advantage of online forms. This session will explore how the use of online forms by legal aid programs can bolster existing services, bridge urban-rural justice gaps, and enable programs to take an enterprise approach to service delivery. Panelists will share examples of how and why online forms are making a difference in their programs, from simple to more complex strategies and what insights they have learned on how online forms allow them to innovate and collaborate better. We will share how online forms can be used by advocates in different work flows, including pro bono veterans, and legal aid staff projects.
